Life Skills-Related: I Deal is life intervention for children (11-15 years) and young people (16-20 years) to better ‘deal’ with their daily lives. It consists of six modules that revolve around children and their position in groups, their relationships with friends and adults, the difficulties and conflicts in their lives, and their emotional well-being. I DEAL employs creative activities, group discussions and games to build resilience and improve coping skills. The development of communication, decision-making and problem solving skills, along with a sense of personal worth and agency will ultimately contribute to the psychosocial wellbeing of children and young people.
